### What does TGProd do?

TGProd is a Shopify development studio. We build custom Shopify apps, headless Shopify storefronts and integrations between Shopify and other systems, and we publish our own apps on the Shopify App Store: SerializeIt, LotTrack and Plumb.

### Do you only work with Shopify?

Yes. Everything we build is for Shopify merchants — admin apps, POS extensions, storefronts on the Storefront API, and the integrations around them. Focusing on one platform is what lets us go deep on it.

### Can you build a private Shopify app just for my store?

Yes. A custom app can do what no App Store app does for your particular workflow — your data model, your rules, your integrations — and it stays private to your store.

### Should I go headless or stay on a Shopify theme?

Most stores should stay on a theme. Headless makes sense when the product needs something a theme cannot do well, such as a custom product builder or a highly interactive experience. We will tell you honestly which one fits.

### Do you maintain the app after launch?

Yes. We deploy, monitor and maintain what we build, the same way we run our own apps in production every day.
